Develop the corporate strategy and lead the daily operation of the Marketing Department of the SunFar Computer Co. (6154:TT), a Benefit Corporation attentively gives 20% of its net profit ("20 For Future" Charity Campaign) to aim at disadvantaged students, a corporate mission since 2010. Founded in 1982 by Mr. Wilson Wu, a leading retail merchant has 62 stores focusing on serving the consumer electronics market across Taiwan.

2019 - 2020

 

Directed the Product Marketing Department of the 91APP, Inc. (6741:TT), Taiwan's largest Software as a Service (SaaS) company founded by Steven Ho - the Godfather of Taiwan eCommerce and his A-team. Its solutions focus on resolving the dilemmas of the retail market today, and its expertise is in offsetting the boundary between your online and offline business (OMO).

2015 - 2016

 

Factory Zoom, Inc. (dba MAYKKE), a new e-commerce platform startup focuses on “Restoration Hardware Meets Amazon without Purchasing Inventory”.


Designed, implemented, and penetrated the global supply chain of patented Factory-to-Direct Consumer (F2DC) business model, importing from overseas manufactures to the local fulfillment center, to domestic delivery.

DIRECTOR, GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

 

2007 - 2015

 

Headed the 25 persons cross-geographical team (Canada, China, Taiwan, and the USA) of Newegg Inc. (NASDAQ: NEGG)'s Components Domain to successfully accomplished a new sales record of $647 Millions Gross Revenue and $54 Millions Total Margin, and stimulated 1.5X cumulative cash flow thru contracted inventory turnaround control and incremented net product margin.

 

Administered the market research and PESTLIED analysis of Australia, and developed the five-year roadmap of Newegg Australia, from ‘Orbiting’ (Virtual Fulfillment) to ‘Crewed Landing’ (Order Fulfillment Center), to reach the target of US $70+ Millions top-line revenue by 2020.

 

Propelled the build of three new Newegg Hybrid Center™ {A brand & product experience store} in Edison (NJ), Indianapolis (IN), and Toronto, Canada.

 

Designed the distinctive Online-to-Offline (O2O) business model for Newegg, and built the first Newegg Hybrid Center™, from blueprint design to fabrication, to the coordination of grand opening ceremony, in a 6-week course.

2012 - 2013

 

Constituted and administrated the daily operations of Merchandising Department in Newegg China, as well as talents development, and the Newegg.com.cn resulted to deliver a new single-day sales record of RMB $150+ Million revenue and 30K+ Invoices on BlackFriday.

ACTING MARKETING DIRECTOR

 

2003 - 2007

 

Directed the GIGABYTE NALA Marketing Department in public relations, channel marketing, events coordination, and web design.

 

Piloted the media launch plan of the Intel X38 chipset platform, and carried out the review process of the prominent online publications, Anandtech.com and Tom’s Hardware Guide contributed to notable success in worldwide.

2001 - 2003

 

Planned, developed, and managed the MSI CANADA's omnichannel business (Distribution, E-commerce, Retail & System Integration), including Supercom (Acquired by NYSE: SNX), NCIX, FutureShop (Acquired by NYSE: BBY) and CIARA Technologies.
